Buyer agency document preparation is included in this service. If documents are sent but not signed by the agent's client, the fee due is $80. Each additional offer is billed at $50 per offer. L2CP will send the buyer's signed offer to the listing agent & submit all paperwork completed at the time of offer acceptance to the agent's office for compliance. The agent is responsible for obtaining additional documents during the transaction or as requested from compliance.

Documents will be completed via DocuSign and automatically sent to you via email once completed. The agent is responsible for explaining all documents to their client. The full fee is still due even if the agent's clients do not sign the documents.
